Programme Approach and Goals

In 2019, we led a process to design four SPLP programme goals, informed by and aligned with an understanding of the landscape, its stakeholders, and existing efforts.
In 2025, a set of 2028 targets was established to better capture the stepwise progress of the programme and set clear objectives for how the programme goals will be realised.
